I’m interested in regular fitness advice

Let me know you are interested to subscribe to a monthly email round-up of contents, where I look at every aspect of gay male fitness and wellbeing, from diet and nutrition, training tips and all-things-gym, mental health and wellbeing, sexual health and more – and all from a gay male perspective and all in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive safe gay space. It would be great to have you with me

I’d like to join Jensen’s list for in-person physical fitness coaching

  • I’m based in London and have a limited number of slots for in-person physical fitness coaching. Book a starter session, and let’s take it from there. Your attitude and determination to reach your goals are far more important than your current level of fitness. If you are a beginner, I’ll guide you gently through the first steps, and find exercises and activities that get you started in a safe and enjoyable way. If you need to lose weight we’ll focus on diet and exercise to bring your weight down in a smooth and seamless process. If you are looking for hardcore exercise I can be as tough on you as you wish in pumping for the goal. This kind of session can include sports physiotherapy for a specific identified muscle condition, or exploratory massage to identify such a condition, both of which are informed by the principles of Aston Patterning bodywork

I’d like a professional training partner

  • London-based training sessions in anything from weights to jogging, swimming, mountain biking or yoga and much more - I can turn my hand to pretty much any sport you could think of. If you are already involved with these sports and fitness types maybe I can push you to the next level, or give you the motivation you need to carry on with your self-guided improvement. Let’s compare times and weights and reps! Sessions from one hour to a full weekend of planned training activities. We put a structure round the activity to make sure you are getting the best from it. Let’s take a structured cycle session as an example. We’ll mix up the speed, the inclines, the breaks. We’ll set ourselves a realistic but challenging target time. And then all you need do is decide where we’re going. Battersea? Brighton? Bristol?

I’d like to join Jensen’s 'Motivation in the Mail' service

  • Available to members of my Facebook 'Get Gayfit' group but also for all those that would like to work with me for a supported boost to your fitness programme. Each month for one year I'll send you an image of me in the form of a handwritten geetings card full of tips tailored to your current needs, whether that be around diet, training, motivation or wellbeing. Sent with all the love and encouragement you'll need to get you through the month. Sign up in my Etsy store. Currently available to UK participants only. Keep the words for reference and a morale boost or maybe even frame these beautiful little images.

I’d like to attend Jensen’s circus skills training sessions

  • Jensen is a great gymnast and works as an acrobat in circus and cabaret/burlesque settings. Join me in London for a half-day session of beginner circus skills training, which can include trick cycling, juggling, rope tricks and aerial work, acrobatics and more depending on your physical aptitude

I’m a photographer/painter and I’d like Jensen to model for me

  • I’m an experienced amateur photographic model and life drawing model with 5 years’ experience in front of the camera, and I’m always happy to consider working with photographers and painters. To work with you I’ll need a clear creative steer from you and a sense that we share a goal and vibe for the work. Happy naked but let’s build confidence in each other’s style and way of working first
